These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the A1 Quantum Oracle AI service ("the Service"), operated by S/F Technologies. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides AI-generated predictions and forecasts based on your queries and available data. Predictions are produced by artificial intelligence models and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Predictions generated by the Service are AI outputs and are not professional, financial, legal, medical, investment, or gambling advice. You must not rely on any prediction for decisions involving money, health, legal matters, or personal safety. Any reliance on predictions is at your own risk.
Where paid plans are available, fees will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Any referral rewards are offered subject to eligibility rules and may be withheld or revoked if we detect fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by or licensed to S/F Technologies. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S/F Technologies, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service or reliance on any prediction, including financial losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S/F Technologies from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may cancel, stop, or suspend your account or any subscription at our discretion, at any time, with or without notice, and with or without a stated reason. You agree to accept our decision and the reason provided for any such measure. Suspension or termination does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
